Time 9:00 AM – 9:20 AM (20 min)Changemakers: Bet, Build, Begin Again
Changemakers rarely inherit a clear path – they build one. Drawing on a career spent creating new products, making consequential bets, and leading through periods of major change, Aparna Chennapragada shares the lessons that have guided how she leads today. Through personal stories, she’ll explore how changemakers move before certainty exists, unlearn as their influence grows, and continue stepping into what’s next with curiosity, resilience, and authenticity.
Time 9:20 AM – 9:35 AM (15 min)Leading Innovation at the Speed of Trust
AI is creating extraordinary opportunities to improve how people access information, make decisions, and receive care. But in high-stakes environments, the pace of innovation must be matched by the pace at which trust is earned. In this conversation, OpenAI’s Ashley Alexander explores how leaders can move ambitious ideas forward while keeping people, responsibility, and real-world consequences at the center. She’ll share how AI is changing healthcare, what it takes to build products worthy of trust, and the leadership principles guiding innovation in one of the world’s most complex industries.

Fewer Managers, More Management: How AI Agents Are Rewriting the Rules of Leadership

Stacy Brown-Philpot Hahn AuditoriumSession detailsFewer Managers, More Management: How AI Agents Are Rewriting the Rules of Leadership
AI isn’t just changing how work gets done. It’s changing who does the work, and what it means to lead. As AI agents take on more execution, traditional management layers may shrink while individual contributors increasingly find themselves directing, evaluating, and collaborating with intelligent systems. Amanda Richardson draws from her experience to explore how these shifts are changing team structures, leadership roles, and the skills organizations need most. As execution becomes easier, distinctly human strengths like judgment, curiosity, systems thinking, and communication may become more important than ever.
Time 10:15 AM – 10:30 AM (15 min)Built for Someone Taller – What Your Defaults Decide, and Who They Leave out
Every default is a decision made on behalf of someone who isn’t in the room. For decades those decisions have been built around an average that describes almost no one. Carolyn O’Hara, Sr. Director of Product, draws on her work leading Firefox Desktop to examine defaults as leadership decisions: what a product does without asking, what it explains, and how easily someone can change course. She argues that AI is collapsing the trade-off product leaders have long accepted – between a single default that fits the average and configurability that only experts use – and that what companies do with that opportunity, by letting an algorithm decide for people or by making products genuinely adjustable, is among the most consequential choices facing leaders today.
Time 10:30 AM – 10:45 AM (15 min)What Doesn’t Change When Everything Else Does: The Leadership Principles That Endure Through Uncertainty, Transition, and Reinvention
Some of the most consequential leadership decisions happen when there is no obvious right answer. When to take a risk, when to change direction, when to leave something behind, or when to keep building despite uncertainty are rarely simple questions. Drawing on a career spanning operator, CEO, board member, founder, and investor, Stacy Brown-Philpot reflects on the moments that have tested and shaped her leadership. This candid fireside conversation explores how she has approached difficult decisions, built influence across organizations, navigated career-defining transitions, and learned to balance conviction with the adaptability required to lead through change.

Arundhati Singh, Jen Taylor, Julie Zhuo Hahn AuditoriumSession detailsBeyond the Roadmap: From Product Leader to Enterprise Leader
Leading a product organization means making decisions that reach far beyond the roadmap. Shaping business strategy, allocating resources, and navigating competing priorities require a full-business view. In this conversation, eBay’s Xiaodi Zhang and Avritti Mittal will explore what it takes to lead with the whole business in view. They’ll discuss connecting customer and product strategy to commercial outcomes, building alignment across functions, and balancing advocacy for their teams with accountability to the organization. AI is expanding what product teams can create while changing what organizations need from the people who lead them. As execution accelerates, product leaders must decide what is worth building and whether their own leadership needs to extend beyond the product function. In this candid conversation, Arundhati Singh, Jen Taylor, and Julie Zhuo explore how product judgment translates into broader business and executive leadership. They’ll examine where a product career can lead, what senior leaders must unlearn as their scope grows, and how to navigate what comes next as AI reshapes the role.

Unfold the Flag: The Stories Behind What We Build
Carol Isozaki 2:15 PMRethinking Leadership and Organizations in the AI Era
Tamar Yehoshua Hahn AuditoriumSession detailsUnfold the Flag: The Stories Behind What We Build
How leaders turn complexity into clarity, trust, and action. Great ideas don’t speak for themselves, and all too often, leaders communicate only the “folded flag”: the features, facts, or decisions in front of the audience, without revealing the larger story that gives them meaning. In other words, leaders often, unknowingly, leave too much to chance. Presented with support from Cisco, this session draws on Carol Isozaki’s work with Cisco and Webex to introduce “Unfold the Flag”, a framework for communicating the full value behind what leaders build and why it matters. Through stories and real-world examples, she’ll explore how stronger storytelling can create clarity, build trust, differentiate products and ideas, and move people from simply understanding information to believing in it and acting on it. Expect to leave armed with a powerful framework that first ensures leaders think big enough about what they want to accomplish through communications, then define what they want their audience to know, feel, and do, shifting from a leave-too-much-to-chance approach to fully owning bigger, more outstanding outcomes.

Time 1:40 PM – 2:15 PM (35 min)Rethinking Leadership and Organizations in the AI Era
AI is doing more than speeding up how teams build. It’s challenging long-held assumptions about product roles, how organizations should be structured, where responsibilities sit, and how products are built. In this fireside conversation, Tamar will share what she’s seeing as these shifts play out inside a large, complex organization like Atlassian. The discussion will explore how the PM role is evolving, where traditional functional boundaries are blurring, and what these changes mean for the leaders responsible for building and developing high-performing product organizations. For executives, the implications go beyond redefining a single role. How should leaders think differently about team design, talent, skills, and ways of working when AI changes how products get built? And as execution becomes easier, where should product leaders focus their people, attention, and leadership?

Fierce and Sustainable: Product Leadership at the Frontier
Ashlie Beringer
Grand BSession detailsAI is opening the builder’s seat to domain experts who are reimagining products and workflows in their organizations. It is also asking product leaders to move fast through real uncertainty: unsettled roadmaps, organizations that are at once seeking to capitalize on and unnerved by the disruption, and a pace with no natural stopping point. How do we lead boldly without making our own exhaustion the engine of transformation? Ashlie Beringer is as a leading technology lawyer who is now shifting to lead AI product development and transformation at Gibson Dunn — an elite global law firm. Ashlie will open with what the past year has taught her about sustainable leadership — including what she got wrong — building AI products for high-stakes legal work at Gibson Dunn, on a path that started in this room last year. Then the conversation turns to the group. Bring a real tension from your own work. You will leave with one concrete move to advance it and one change that makes carrying it sustainable.

Building AI Customers Can Trust
Christina Cacioppo, Toni Ng
LovelaceSession detailsAs companies race to bring AI into their products, the question isn’t simply what AI can do. It’s where it creates meaningful value for customers, how leaders decide what to build, and what it takes to earn trust along the way. In this interactive conversation, Vanta CEO Christina Cacioppo and Group Product Manager Toni Ng will share what they are learning as they develop AI in a business built around trust and security. The conversation will explore the product and leadership decisions behind bringing AI from possibility to practice, including how teams evaluate where AI belongs, what customers actually need, and how trust shapes the choices they make. Following the conversation, attendees will have an opportunity to explore these questions through guided discussion, applying the ideas to the AI decisions they are navigating within their own organizations.

Borrowed Playbooks and the new Bar for Product Leaders
Julie Wenah, Helen Ma, Dory Butler, Caroline Gaffney, Rita Khan 3:20 PMLeading Beyond Product: Owning the Business, Not Just the Roadmap
Ora Levit Hahn AuditoriumSession detailsBorrowed Playbooks and the new Bar for Product Leaders
The prevailing advice on artificial intelligence is to move faster. However, a product leader at a global bank, a health system, and a consumer platform are not playing the same game, and the “move fast” consensus assumes a risk tolerance most senior leaders lack. These executives, who ship under very different constraints, specify what velocity actually costs, where caution is real versus organizational cover, and how the bar for product leadership is being reset in rooms where the CFO, the regulators and the board are all in the conversation, often without agreement.
Time 2:40 PM – 3:20 PM (40 min)Leading Beyond Product: Owning the Business, Not Just the Roadmap
What changes when your responsibility expands from the product to the business? Great product leadership requires understanding customers and the ecosystem, drawing a vision, and empowering a team of owners to create products people value. But as a leader’s scope grows, the question gets bigger – how do you turn product judgment into business judgment? Drawing on her experience leading LinkedIn’s Online Monetization, Ora Levit explores what changes when product leaders take on broader business ownership. From balancing customer value with commercial outcomes to making investment decisions, choosing the right metrics, and empowering teams to operate with greater ownership, she’ll share how leading the business changes the way you think about the product. This session explores what it takes to lead beyond the product itself, connecting product decisions to the broader strategy, performance, and success of the business as a GM.

The Foundation Advantage: Building the “Boring” Before the Breakthrough
Christine Leong Connors
BooleSession detailsThe wealth industry often sells individual pieces of a strategy – from asset allocation and tax planning to estate structure – without first establishing one clear, holistic picture of what a client owns. Product organizations make a similar mistake when they layer dashboards, personalization, AI, and other visible features onto fragmented data and disconnected systems. In this interactive session, Verita Co-Founder and CEO Christine Leong Connors will share how building the company’s technology stack from scratch created a “last-mover advantage.” Without decades of legacy infrastructure to unwind, Verita could design a unified data foundation, automate reporting from the beginning, and build the clarity needed to inform strategy and ultimately shape legacy. Through Christine’s experience and a facilitated discussion, you’ll examine when legacy architecture becomes a strategic constraint, when rebuilding can help an organization leapfrog incumbents, and when integration remains the smarter choice. You’ll consider where your organization may need to build the “boring” foundation before investing in the flashy layer and how those foundational decisions can create greater clarity, trust, and long-term value.

Faye Iosotaluno 4:50 PMThe Long View: Building Companies and Connections That Last
Frederique Dame Hahn AuditoriumSession detailsAI is Making Us More Human
Many of us achieved career success through deep knowledge, expertise, and execution of projects – quickly and to a high standard. AI tools are disrupting “what got us here,” forcing us to turn our focus away from simply being “the expert” and toward the truly human work of judgment, empathy, and leading people across teams at a time when the market is moving at an unprecedented pace. In this talk, Shimrit will explore how AI can help clear time for us to be more human, and how that will become the true competitive advantage for leaders in today’s world.
Time 3:55 PM – 4:10 PM (15 min)Leading Change, Creating What’s Next
Change creates an opportunity to rethink how teams work, what they build, and what becomes possible. Poshmark’s Heather Gordon Friedland will share reflections on leading through change, building trust, and helping teams move forward together. As AI opens new possibilities for product innovation, she’ll explore how human judgment, creativity, and culture shape the path ahead and what it takes to turn those possibilities into meaningful progress.
Time 4:10 PM – 4:25 PM (15 min)Keynote: Leading the Next Chapter
How great leaders reinvent themselves, their organizations, and their industries. The most successful leaders aren’t defined by the industries they’ve mastered. They’re defined by their ability to learn, adapt, and lead through constant change. From leading one of the world’s most recognizable consumer technology companies to driving digital innovation in publishing, Faye Iosotaluno has repeatedly stepped into new environments, new challenges, and new opportunities. In this candid fireside conversation, she’ll explore what it takes to build credibility, lead transformation, and embrace reinvention when the rules are constantly changing. As AI reshapes industries and leadership expectations continue to evolve, executives must learn to write their own next chapter, not simply react to it.
