Katie Della Mora (she/her) is the Manager of Digital Customer Experience on Planned Parenthood’s Innovation team. She leads the customer support program for Spot On, a period and birth control tracking app, and is fiercely committed to user advocacy and ethical technology.
She has 12+ years of experience in customer experience and operations management in a variety of industries: technology, healthcare, digital media, entertainment, and events production. Katie builds support programs from the ground up through understanding the why behind user stories and threading compassion through innovative solutions, data storytelling, and user-facing content.
An advocate for self-expression and healing through the arts and storytelling, she’s also a writer and enjoys teaching creative writing, theater arts, and sketch comedy writing. Katie is proud to be a mentor at the award-winning nonprofit, Girls Write Now, a writing and mentoring organization serving a culturally and educationally diverse community of gender-expansive youth and young adults.
