Natashia is a Senior Manager, Experience Design at EA, and a proven design leader with a focus on humanizing technology and the workplace.
She oversees five internal-facing product verticals in EA, including Security, Employee Experience, Core IT, Company Operations, and Design and Research Ops, and leads cross-functional teams that provide design support to these product verticals. She brings over 10 years of experience in product and experience design including workshop orchestration and facilitation, and cross-discipline collaboration to this workshop.
Natashia created a Design Thinking @ Scale game during her tenure at McKinsey & Company to help clients learn Design Thinking in a workshop setting. View game, password xd+data. The response was phenomenal; from each workshop, McKinsey & Company received an average of 15 requests to submit letters of proposal out of 20 client teams participants, e.g. 20 invitations to submit letters of proposal (LoP) from Digital Growth Workshop hosted by The New York Times and 15 invitations to submit LoP from Design Thinking @ Scale Workshop.
She has also led multiple workshops in Design Thinking, Agile methodologies, co-creation, visioning, and lateral thinking with attendees ranging from 30 to 200+.
Natashia volunteers her time as a mentor in EA’s mentoring program, and design communities: ADPList (17,000 members) and Design Buddies (20,000 members), mentoring designers and tech professionals in their job search and career progression. She’s mentored 103 students, early careers, and pivoting professionals in a one-on-one setting where 90% were women, and helped them land job offers.
