Executive & Communications Coach
Susannah Baldwin, Ph.D.

Susannah is a Silicon Valley-based Executive and Communications Coach who combines her experience as a clinical psychologist with extensive corporate expertise to help clients hone the necessary skills to lead diverse teams in demanding environments.
Since 2010, she’s been focused on executive and communications coaching with a special focus on women’s advancement. Applying her research from clinical psychology, Susannah shows women how to recognize the ways in which their language choices undermine their own power, and instead align their language and communications choices with their power, ambition, and authority.
Susannah is also a master trainer in the area of communication skills. Along with her team of associates, she delivers a variety of workshops on communication — including Present with Impact, Storytelling that Sells, Presenting to Senior Leaders, and Women, Language, and Power.
She’s an experienced public speaker (including a 2022 Women In Product speaker), moderator, and weekly radio show host. She’s also the author of the recently released book, Women, Language and Power: Giving Voice to Our Ambition.
