Valentina is a remote leadership expert with over a decade of experience from individual contributor, to team lead, to exec roles. She helps remote-first and hybrid companies in tech to engage and retain their workforce through operational excellence — both through executive coaching as well as working with the leadership team or at the board level.

As a single mom to primary school twins, Valentina has a special interest in making remote work as flexible and realistic as possible, integrating different lifestyles instead of defaulting to the single young professional who wants to be a digital nomad.

She runs trails to think and develop her resources and training materials. Every km is a new idea 🙂
