Our Diversity & Inclusion Statement
At Women In Product (WIP), we believe that true inspiration, impact, and change depend on hearing from, and listening to people with a variety of perspectives and backgrounds. We want our events and our whole organization to include, encourage, and recognize people of all races, ethnicities, genders, ages, abilities, religions, backgrounds, incomes, sexual orientations, and military service.
While we’re not there yet, we’re working to increase opportunities in technology for people from underrepresented groups by actively recruiting speakers with diverse backgrounds for our conference, offering scholarships, and taking part in ongoing conversations about the value of diversity in the communities we serve. We recognize that there is more work to be done.
We’re committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for everyone at our conference. By attending the conference, you’re agreeing to our Code of Conduct.
If cost is a prohibitive factor in attending the Women In Product Conference, please find more information on our Empowerment Fund here.
