At Women In Product, we believe that genuine inspiration and impact stem from hearing and valuing diverse perspectives. We aspire for our conferences and the technology communities and companies involved to embrace, support, and acknowledge individuals from all socioeconomic backgrounds, races, ethnicities, genders, ages, abilities, religions, sexual orientations, and military service backgrounds. Empowerment Fund Awards offset ticket prices to offer deeply discounted access to our conference. To help ease the financial barrier for those who wish to participate in this year’s Women In Product Conference, we are offering a number of awards to those who need them most.
Eligibility
To qualify, you must have at least six months of product management experience and have recently held or currently hold a product or product-adjacent job title.
Selected participants will receive a $50 pass (Full Price is $795) to the 2026 Women In Product Conference, which includes:
- Admittance to all General Admission programming included in the 1-day in-person conference in Santa Clara, California on October 1, 2025.
- Access to any recorded materials after the conference.
- The Leverage Your Empowerment Toolkit packed with resources to inspire their engagement with 26WIP.
- Dedicated space on WIP Community to pre-network with other EF Awardees.
Applications for the 2025 WIP Empowerment Fund Award will open June 1st, 2026.
The last day to apply will be July 15, 2026. Prior awardees are not exempt. Women In Product will not be able to upgrade tickets to Executive for Empowerment Fund Awardees in 2026.

At Women In Product, we believe that true inspiration, impact, and change depends on hearing from, and listening to, people with a variety of perspectives and backgrounds. We want our events and our whole organization to include, encourage, and recognize people of all races, ethnicities, genders, ages, abilities, religions, backgrounds, military service, incomes, and sexual orientations.
While we’re not there yet, we’re working to increase opportunities in technology for people from underrepresented groups by actively recruiting traditionally underrepresented speakers for our conference, offering deeply discounted access to ease financial barriers, and taking part in ongoing conversations about the value of diversity in the communities we serve. Being an Empowerment Fund Awardee was a truly enriching experience. It provided the opportunity to still be part of the incredible community, despite going through some employment hardships. It was truly inspiring to be surrounded by such talented peers, all with diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
