23WIP Call For Proposals Kickoff: Developing a Standout Submission

January 12 @ 12:00 pm - 1:15 pm

Tips for crafting a winning proposal, peer feedback & live Q&A, w/All-Star WIP Speakers

What is the selection committee looking for in a successful conference submission? How do you decide what to submit, and convey your expertise in an actionable, engaging, and succinct way? What are impactful ways to connect a proposal to this year’s theme?

If you want to bring your expertise to the Women In Product community, and you’re not quite sure where to start with a proposal – join us to hear from women who’ve wowed the committee (multiple times) and hear about what helped!

💡Our panel will cover:

• How to refine your idea with your intended audience in mind

• Ways to make the most of the submission guide

• How to create key takeaways and a session description that stand apart

• Keys to choosing a format for your idea

• Considerations for developing your idea in relationship to this year’s theme

• Where to get support and feedback to validate your concept

📝 Then…

Get peer feedback on your proposal ideas! You’ll be paired in timed 1:1 chats with other PMs, to get feedback on your proposal ideas – and meet other women in product!
