1. Deb Liu

Deb is the CEO at Ancestry. Deb is a Silicon Valley leader focused on innovation and growth in consumer technology products. She has over 20 years of experience leading teams of product managers and engineers at Facebook, PayPal, and eBay. Her career shows her proven leadership in understanding markets and customer needs and delivering features to profitably meet those needs, including the creation of multiple billion dollar businesses. She also has experience delivering strategies to enter new markets and building out teams to deliver against those opportunities. Deb Liu is the founder of Women In Product.

2. Claire Fang

Claire is CPO at Seekout. With two decades of product leadership experience spanning public companies and startups, Claire Fang brings a wealth of expertise in delivering innovation in enterprise software, building world-class product and engineering organizations, and driving exponential business growth at global scale. Her unique multidisciplinary background across engineering, strategy, marketing, and product makes her a highly valued C-level executive who can effortlessly operate across business strategy, product and technology vision, and go-to-market execution. She is passionate about transforming employee experience through technology and has spent recent years leading innovation in the HR Tech industry.

3. Ekta Aggarwal

Ekta has more than 20 years of experience in delivering rapid product innovation and scalable technologies, and has envisioned, built, and run global web and mobile technology products for some of the largest technology companies in the world. Before Pie, Ekta was the head of product for Microsoft’s Employee Experience Cloud, leading the product and science team for Microsoft Viva. Previously, she was general manager of Collaborative Shopping at Amazon where she oversaw Customer Q&A, Wish List, Share, Conversation service, and other customer experience-driven innovations. During her Amazon tenure, Ekta spearheaded some of the company’s most innovative customer experience features including customer Q&A and social shopping experiences like chat within Prime Video watch parties. Recently, Ekta was chief product officer at Pie, where she was responsible for scaling the product and design team and driving innovation across the company’s roadmap. Ekta holds a M.S. in Operations Research from Boston University and a B.E. from Delhi College of Engineering.

4. Parul Shorey

Parul brings two decades of tech experience, building and leading high-performing product teams across diverse sectors like eCommerce, Marketplaces, Retail, Prop Tech & Live Events. After leading consumer product teams at Microsoft and eBay, Parul led product management at high-growth startups OfferUp and Compass. Now, as Senior Director of Product Management at SeatGeek, she owns Data and AI innovation in Live Event Ticketing. She is known for navigating complex challenges and driving innovation to deliver impact. She also led the Seattle chapter of Women In Product and serves on the Product Management Advisory Board for the UW Foster School of Business.

Margaret-Ann is a seasoned product leader with experience spanning large organizations like Facebook and Uber, through to small startups like Statsig where she leads the Product team today. Margaret-Ann has traditionally focused on Product Growth, starting her career on Instagram’s growth team post-Facebook acquisition and moving to Uber to drive growth efforts during the company’s peak international expansion period. These days, Margaret-Ann has been applying her Product Growth playbook at Statsig, the #1 experimentation and feature management platform. Outside of work Margaret-Ann enjoys soaking up everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer, whether it be hiking, biking, swimming, or a combination of all three.
