Join Gibson Biddle, former VP/CPO of Netflix/Chegg, for a special edition of the two-hour Product Strategy Workshop Women In Product is excited to offer our community. Gib introduces four strategy models in this highly interactive workshop to help leaders form hypotheses for how their product will delight customers in hard-to-copy, margin-enhancing ways.
Gib will illustrate each model with a Netflix case, and in the last forty minutes of the session, he’ll simulate a modern-day Netflix Quarterly Product Strategy Meeting. Gib will present 2-3 modern-day Netflix cases in this simulation to demonstrate how product leaders can blend consumer science, strategy, and culture to make great decisions about people, products, and the business.
💡Who is this workshop for?

This is an interactive, highly engaged workshop and will not be recorded. Please be sure you are able to attend before ticketing – Product Blender tickets are not refundable; our small staff works hard to bring you quality programming, and this is a limited opportunity!
Past participants say:
“Gib’s 2-hour strategy session was the best-attended, highest-rated, and most referenced event in our 2-day Product Management Conference, which aimed at connecting our team and elevating our craft. Our 300+ Product Leaders felt the material was tangible, applicable, and interactive, and especially appreciated Gib’s candor and humor. They especially enjoyed the involvement of the Panel of product leaders – hearing real-life case studies broken down and debated by executives and seeing their rationale as they put Gib’s concepts into practice. It was both humanizing and inspiring for our team.”
