Radical Product Thinking: Level up to build world-changing products

NOTE: Limited seating – workshop limited to 50 seats, to keep the group intimate and interactive. This is a camera-on, alerts-off event where you’ll be actively participating & contributing throughout.

Books will be shipped to the address provided to eventbrite registration; shipment occurs when ticket sales end on 11/6.

You’ll receive your copy approx 2 weeks in advance of the event so you can come prepared!

We’ve learned that the key to building successful products is to iterate quickly using Lean and Agile. But for every successful product that was built by over-relying on iteration, there’s a vast graveyard of those that have succumbed to “product diseases”. In an iteration-led organization, a product manager becomes a backlog administrator and you feel like you’re perpetually reactive to deliver requested features. As a product leader, you struggle to lift up your team to be more strategic. How can you level up to build game-changing products?

In this workshop by the author of Radical Product Thinking, you’ll learn how you can build successful products in a repeatable manner. We’ll start by diagnosing common product diseases and introducing the five elements of the RPT methodology (vision, strategy, prioritization, execution and measurement, and culture). We will deep dive into vision and prioritization – elements that you can apply right away. Be prepared to toss out everything you know about a good vision and learn how you can use a new approach to prioritization to spread your influence.

*Workshop tickets include a copy of the book!

This is a deep-dive workshop with limited seating. To make the most of our time together, you’ll arrive prepped to start to apply RPT hands-on:

  • Tickets include a copy of Radical Product Thinking.
  • You’ll want to have read the book in advance of the live workshop.
  • You’ll be read-up and ready to implement your learnings in hands-on exercises.

📝 In This Workshop, you’ll learn:

• Unlearn conventional wisdom about what makes a good vision. You’ll craft a Radical Vision Statement to help you align the team. You’ll gain practical tools to get buy-in on the vision and spread your thinking across the organization.

• Learn how to leverage your vision in everyday decision-making. You’ll gain tools to communicate with stakeholders to balance achieving the vision while dealing with the reality of business needs.

• Learn how to make prioritization discussions more productive and less contentious: discover a simple but powerful approach using a 2×2 framework to prioritize both strategic initiatives and tactical activities.

💡 Then…

APPLY immediately! You’ll be live coached and then paired with other PMs, to immediately practice what we learn. Meet other Senior-level PMs also looking to craft clearer visions, get buy-in, and drive their daily work and priorities with a vision-centered approach. Learn while growing your network of other ambitious women in product management.
