⏰ About Leadership Coaching Circles:

The WIP Leadership Coaching Circles are facilitator-led peer coaching with one expert coach and a small group of senior-level (Director, Sr. Director, Head of Product, or equivalent) women in product.

Leadership coaching circles are led by experienced executive coaches and are structured group sessions designed to facilitate collaborative learning, personal growth, and skill development among participants.

These circles consist of a small group of women in product (less than 10) who meet weekly to engage in supportive and constructive discussions on specific topics aimed at helping each other achieve their personal and professional goals.

📚What you’ll get:

  • Understanding of what the program is and is not
  • How do you know you’re at the right point in your career for this kind of experience?
  • Things you need to think about to know if this program will work for you.
