Samantha Shuttleworth

Sam is an atypical product person. She’s recently become Head of Strategy and Transformation at Construct Digital where she is responsible for digital transformation for her clients and company across products & experiences, marketing and broader business. Prior to this she was Product Strategy Director at R/GA Singapore, responsible for emerging technologies and digital products for APAC clients and leading the Product Discovery process. She also established her own consulting business, CalibrateM, in 2018 to address the talent gap in Product Strategy and Product Marketing; two overlooked but critical areas that support product innovation and commercialisation.

With over 20 years experience as part of inhouse product teams, strategy consultancies and creative agencies, she has worked end-to-end on launching both physical and digital products and services for innovative tech companies, start-ups and Global 500 clients from Melbourne to London and Singapore. Credits include Project Lead for Carousell Singapore’s listing quotas and driving inhouse incubator programs underbanked communities for Experian.

Paul Datta

Paul Datta brings over 16 years of experience to his role as a Cloud Solution Architect at Microsoft, specializing in Azure Open AI, Apps & Innovation, and Low Code platforms. He is the Volunteer Chief Learning Officer for Microsoft Singapore and has been recognized as an AI Influencer within the organization.

A leader in digital workplace transformation, Paul has collaborated with the Yale Institute of Network Science and TCS Chief Technology Office, advancing research and development in the field. His work includes developing productivity applications for workplace enhancement.

Paul is a proactive community member, open to new challenges and collaborations, and is passionate about continuous learning and innovation in technology. Outside of the workplace, Paul can be found playing electric guitar and exploring restaurants in the CBD area.
