I am excited that programs like this exist and believe it would be hugely beneficial for me. I’m self taught and was a stay at home mom of 4 kiddos for 15 years before launching into my career. I love it and I could use some help. I am always open to learning as much as I can.

Mentorship
The guidance, encouragement and support given by a trusted and experienced mentor can provide a broad range of personal and professional benefits that ultimately lead to improved performance and advancement in the workplace.
We seek to strengthen and build our network of product professionals by connecting members so they can gain skills and confidence needed to excel.
Check our events calendar for upcoming opportunities to meet a potential Mentor or Mentee.
When I work with my mentees, we often focus on their professional development, assisting them in overcoming any challenges they have and guiding them through my own life experiences. I have had great mentors and coaches along my journey to this moment. As women, we all face similar obstacles. This is not my journey; it is ours.
Listen to our podcast episode featuring women who participated in our Pilot Mentor program.
Our takeaways? Mentoring is a safe, judgment-free zone. It requires commitment. It’s a delicate balance.
