Connect with others to strengthen and build your network

Our programs help clarify and build the experiences, skills and knowledge necessary to advance to senior, executive, and C-suite roles. They help to build networks of women product leaders who can recommend and support one another.

We’re launching our first-ever peer mentoring and coaching program for mid-career PMs this fall. You’ll join small cohorts that will meet weekly and be led by Senior Product Managers to discuss topics like making the leap from individual contributor to manager, defining work-life balance, and finding your product-market fit. Spots are limited. Deadline to apply is September 29th.

Leadership Coaching Circles

Our Leadership Coaching Circles are available for Senior Leaders and Executives at various times throughout the year. They are a collaborative and interactive opportunity to connect with other product leaders to discuss challenges, share perspectives, and foster personal and professional growth.

If you are interested, you can learn more about the program and join our waitlist for the next Circle.

What I valued the most was meeting other PMs in similar positions and specifically, getting validation that I wasn’t alone. I also enjoyed helping others through peer coaching, which fed into my own confidence in my performance.

Executive Edge is an Accelerated Leadership Program for women in product, in collaboration with Athena Alliance, with the goal of reaching 50% representation as Chief Product Officers within the next 6 years. This program is in collaboration with Athena Alliance, an executive and learning community that has supported hundreds of women to the C-Suite.

It’s a 1-year comprehensive program that aims to equip women product leaders with the skills, knowledge, and mindset necessary to excel in executive and C-Suite roles within the product management domain.

I was recently promoted to Chief People Officer at Quinstreet. Athena, the stories I heard, and the women in the community I connected to helped me have the confidence to push forward and make it to C-suite at a public company.

Athena helped me find and articulate my value clearly and gave me the confidence I needed to ask for what I wanted. It is an incredible community with high-quality programming and is a huge value add to me and the women of Quinstreet. It’s truly something special.

The guidance, encouragement and support given by a trusted and experienced mentor can provide a broad range of personal and professional benefits that ultimately lead to improved performance and advancement in the workplace.

We seek to strengthen and build our network of product professionals by connecting members so they can gain skills and confidence needed to excel.

Check our events calendar for upcoming opportunities to meet a potential Mentor or Mentee.

When I work with my mentees, we often focus on their professional development, assisting them in overcoming any challenges they have and guiding them through my own life experiences. I have had great mentors and coaches along my journey to this moment. As women, we all face similar obstacles. This is not my journey; it is ours.

Our takeaways? Mentoring is a safe, judgment-free zone. It requires commitment. It’s a delicate balance.
