I joined the Denali Executive Accelerator as a Senior PM. It helped me create a repeatable process that I can do over and over again. I’ve received 2 promotions since starting my goal sheet. I set my initial goal for a year but already surpassed it 3 months early! Since I took the Program, I’ve been promoted to Director and have been recognized as a leader at my work. Across my company, people want to know why my team is so strong. I’m now being viewed as an expert because of the Accelerator. I would probably still be stuck in the same place without it and the tight community of women who are willing to support each other and lift each other up.
Senior & Executive Peer Coaching Circles
Our senior+ level circles are designed to facilitate connection and prepare more women for C-level positions. The circles are facilitated by world-class Executive and product leadership coaches; bringing you the best advice to help you excel in your career.
Within the groups you’ll discuss real-life situations, like giving tough feedback, managing stakeholders, building high performing teams, and coping with burnout.
What I valued the most was meeting other PMs in similar positions and specifically, getting validation that I wasn’t alone. I also enjoyed helping others through peer coaching, which fed into my own confidence in my performance.
Data shows that the demands of professional work put an unrealistic burden on women. In this Executive Edition podcast episode, Sally Thornton, Founder & CEO at Forshay, discusses common causes of burnout for women in the workforce and the burdens they carry. Sally urges us to be our own Behavioral Scientists and to track what sparks joy in our lives, then prioritizing this work.

Mentorship
The guidance, encouragement and support given by a trusted and experienced mentor can provide a broad range of personal and professional benefits that ultimately lead to improved performance and advancement in the workplace.
We seek to strengthen and build our network of product professionals by connecting members so they can gain skills and confidence needed to excel.
Check our events calendar for upcoming opportunities to meet a potential Mentor or Mentee.
When I work with my mentees, we often focus on their professional development, assisting them in overcoming any challenges they have and guiding them through my own life experiences. I have had great mentors and coaches along my journey to this moment. As women, we all face similar obstacles. This is not my journey; it is ours.

Our takeaways? Mentoring is a safe, judgment-free zone. It requires commitment. It’s a delicate balance.
