The Council is a group of highly accomplished product leaders. They will play a crucial role in selecting top product leaders for the program and supporting accelerated growth to the C-Suite. They will be available throughout the year-long Executive Edge program for networking, mentorship, guidance, and advice.

Deb Liu, President and CEO, Ancestry

With over 19 years in the tech industry, Deb’s been named one of Business Insider’s most powerful female engineers and one of PaymentsSource’s most influential women in payments. She was previously a senior executive at Facebook, where she created and led Facebook Marketplace, a platform for millions of people to buy from and sell to one another. She also led the development of Facebook’s first mobile ad product for apps and its mobile ad network, in addition to building the company’s games business and payments platform, which includes Facebook Pay. Prior to Facebook, she spent several years in product roles at PayPal and eBay, where she led integration between the two products. She serves on the board of Intuit and Ancestry and is a seed investor and advisor to several startups. She also holds several payments- and commerce-related patents.

Actively involved in promoting diversity in tech, Deb founded Women In Product. She is a member of the Committee of 100, a group of prominent Chinese Americans, and was named an A100 by Gold House, an honor recognizing impactful Asian Americans.

Deb received a BS in Civil Engineering from Duke University and an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. Each week, she posts her thoughts in Perspectives, her Substack newsletter. She lives in California with her husband and three children and enjoys chronicling their family adventures in her Mommy School comic strip.

She’s built teams from scratch, inherited and optimized teams, brought new products to market, and taken companies through digital transformations.

Heather’s been an active participant in the evolution of the product management discipline, working across industries from retail to Fintech with a heavy emphasis on user experience, data-driven insights, and technological innovation. With a curious mind about what technology is only just now making possible and a compassionate heart that loves to see people soar, she happily sits at the intersection of humans and technology.

She is passionate about supportuniting the advancement of women in technology. She has been a speaker at Women In Product and the Kellogg School of Management, where she received her MBA.

She is a mom of two and lives outside of Philadelphia.

Ketaki Rao was formerly Chief Product Officer at data.ai, where she led the evolution of the next generation of products at data.ai from product discovery, roadmap, design, delivery, through to enablement. She brings 20+ years of experience developing products at small and large technology companies, including Salesforce, Amazon, Sun Microsystems, and multiple startups. She has worked in several verticals, including microprocessors, eBooks, mobile devices, mobile apps, marketing technologies like DCO platforms, DMPs, CDPs, and data products leveraging the best of first, second, and third-party data.

Ketaki is passionate about sharing back to the community and has been a speaker for Women In Product, INSEAD business school, Hustle Fund VC, and at private events. She has 4 patents, has co-authored an IAB standard, and has been awarded with the IAB Tech Lab Service Excellence award.

Ketaki has academic credentials from three different continents — she earned a bachelor’s degree in electronics from Mangalore University in India, a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University in the USA, and a master’s degree in business administration from INSEAD in France. These experiences have made her a passionate advocate for inclusion and diversity.

Jennifer (Jen) leads the delivery of world-class cloud-based performance, security, and content delivery solutions for companies of all sizes.

Previously, she was SVP of product management for Search at Salesforce where she built enterprise search experiences to connect people with the relevant information they need to produce business results. She also led Salesforce’s Data.com, where she helped customers sell faster and smarter using a foundation of intelligent insights. For Salesforce Chatter, she shaped the direction of this powerful collaboration software. Prior to joining Salesforce, Jen held a variety of senior product management and marketing roles — including manager of platform product marketing at Facebook and Senior Director of Product Management for Rich Media Solutions at Adobe. Earlier in her career, Jen was a Product Manager at Macromedia (acquired by Adobe) for Dreamweaver, the popular graphical Web development tool, and an associate at Vector Capital.

She holds a B.A. in Public Policy from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
