Laurie’s Coaching Style
I am a storyteller who takes great care to build up the confidence of my coaching cohorts, as well as trust within our group. I am comfortable getting uncomfortable with some of the meatier dynamics of how we show up as Product Leaders and women. I’ll encourage vulnerability and will be sure to add levity to our time together.
I will ensure that our sessions flow well. We’ll get to know each other and I’ll encourage you to lean on each other outside of our time together. In our sessions, we will spend a bit of time organizing our thoughts around big prompts, then coming back to the group to share thoughts, stories, best practices, and problem solving. We will include peer advisory for discreet challenges that you are facing. I will survey the group on pressing topics and send prompts ahead of our sessions to ensure we’re ready to maximize our time together.
