“Jenny’s experience as both a career coach and product manager was enormously helpful in crafting my brand, refining my resume, and positioning me for the opportunities I am interested in. Jenny’s Coaching Style
As a recruiter and former product manager, Jenny brings perspective from both sides of the table. There are a lot of potential topics she will cover, and she will survey the group before the Circle starts to see where you’d like to take the conversation.
Jenny’s goal is to encourage both trust and vulnerability in the Circle, and for everyone to walk away feeling like they gained a support system that they can rely on going forward, even after the Circle ends.
She likes to give pre-work on a topic ahead of each meeting so that everyone can do some thinking before the group comes together. Each individual can spend as much or as little time on the homework, but the pre-work typically allows the group to have deeper, more thoughtful discussions to get more out of each session.
