Jess is a Product Coach with over a decade of experience in software Product Management. Since starting her own consultancy in 2019, she has acted as a Fractional Product Leader for five early-stage software companies, all of which experienced exponential growth, and she has coached dozens of Product Managers to countless promotions. Most recently, she was the co-founder and CPO of Carousel, an EdTech platform in use today by a number of Colorado School Districts. And prior to that, she was the Director of Product at GoSpotCheck, a B2B mobile data collection platform that was acquired by FORM.com.

In addition to her hands-on Product work, Jess has made significant contributions to the field of Product Management through her leadership of the Denver Chapter of Women in Product, over 5 years as a Product Management educator via General Assembly, as well as subject matter expertise for Product School’s new and improved Product Leadership certification. Jess’s wealth of experience, coaching PMs in over 25 diverse B2B and B2C product organizations, uniquely positions her to deliver insightful and actionable strategies for Product Managers aspiring to thrive in their careers.
