“Sara was a fabulous listener and very responsive to her audience. She led the circle with a design-thinking approach. I would take her class again any day!”

– Past WIP Leadership Coaching Circle participant

“Sara’s coaching has been a game-changer for me at The Rounds. She has guided me to create, sharpen, and enroll the company in an exciting product vision, and to navigate complex strategy challenges. More than just product leadership, Sara guided me as I took on bigger responsibilities in Engineering and Digital Marketing. Her support was pivotal in building a high performing team and broadening my leadership skills. Prodify’s resources also helped me establish career ladders for all four functions under me. They have truly set a new standard for what I expect from coaching.”

– Dan Storms, Chief Product Officer

Sara’s Coaching Style

Sara balances her time in sessions as both a facilitator to keep the conversation on track, and a coach who utilizes her 20+ years of product executive experience to share her experiences to provide guidance to her circle members. The sessions are group-coaching, which also means the individuals in the circle are sharing their experiences in order for the participants to learn from each other.

Sara’s first session will focus on everyone getting to know each other, while aligning on the topics to discuss. Once the topics are identified, Sara will reach out to the circle members to see who is interested in volunteering to share a current scenario or challenge that is relevant to the topic that they can use support on. Sara will work with volunteers to prepare for the sessions (only light-weight prep is needed from the circle members), plus identify thought-provoking questions or resources to allow the conversation to go deeper.

You can expect sessions with Sara to be engaging for all attendees, and for all to walk away with takeaways that they can apply to their work.
