Maira Malik is a SF Bay Area Product Executive with 10+ years of experience leading digital products from 0-1 and 1-n at Tesla, Affirm, and now JPMC. She is passionate about giving back through mentorship and supporting other members of the Women In Product community to thrive. She is currently Vice President of Digital Payment Products at JP Morgan Chase.
Vickie Ansay

Vickie is a passionate product leader with 13 years in product management. She drives a collaborative mindset, leads by example, coaches and mentors early-in-career to director-level product managers, builds strong relationships, distills complicated requirements into targeted action, and uses influence to gain alignment.
She focuses on creating a safe and supportive environment to unlock people’s best selves. She will do whatever it takes to wade through conflicting directions to find the facts and focus on rational approaches and thoughtful solutions. She is a hardworking advocate for customers and the company to ensure success in a fast-paced environment.

Dipti Patel, Managing Director
Founder, Career and Leadership Coach
Dipti is a seasoned product executive leader, with 15+ years of experience in the FinTech space. She built B2B products for banking, and organizations dealing with risk intelligence. Dipti started her career in data analytics and evolved into product management. She has had the opportunity to serve in many leadership roles and managed different teams across the organization. In her most recent role, she was Head of Product before she left to transition into being a full-time leadership coach.
Dipti leads with empathy and focuses on empowering individuals on achieving their success. She holds space for individuals to fully show up as themselves and challenges them to take those next steps that lead them to that next right step for achieving their goals. Dipti believes in creating a process that adjusts to different individuals’ pace of learning, and making room for the quiet ones as well.
Nic Amos
Product Manager Leader, Consumer Privacy, Kohl’s
Nic Amos is a VP of Product, but her professional journey has been very nontraditional. Her career began as a call center agent – then one day she Googled how to make 6 Figures without a degree and discovered the world of tech and eventually product management.
Nic hangs out in B2B land, where she’s worked in Cybersecurity, Retail, and Fintech and still considers herself non-technical. Despite not having a CS background, her ability to adapt and learn quickly has allowed her to thrive in these fast-paced and ever-evolving sectors.
In her role as your facilitator, Nic brings an inclusive and non-judgmental approach to the table as you grow your career. Her primary focus is on helping you achieve tangible results. She’s here to help you accomplish your goals without burnout and stop crying Sunday nights because you dread Mondays.

Gabriella Angiolillo

Gabriella is excited to be a facilitator for Women In Product’s newest program to “give back” and pay it forward to other women in product as they navigate their careers. She joined a group like this when she started out in her product career and it helped her navigate and excel through a myriad of challenges and opportunities. Now a Director of Product Management at Kong, Gabriella loves mentoring other women in product on topics such as: directing your own career, managing up, diffusing difficult situations, building confidence and credibility, setting boundaries, setting a product direction and vision, and how to propose new product initiatives that take your company to the next level.
Gabriella’s approach is Problem-Solving Facilitation — a facilitation style focused on guiding groups through the process of identifying and resolving specific issues or challenges. She helps the group identify and articulate the problem, brainstorm solutions, and evaluate options.
Jennifer Feng
Director of Product Management, Blue Note Therapeutics
Jennifer Feng brings over a decade of product management experience across both B2B and B2C in a variety of industries with responsibilities covering both product portfolio strategy and execution. She is passionate about solving customer problems and delivering creative solutions, while building compelling businesses. Product experience includes consumer apps, enterprise apps, HW+SW combo, ML products, with specialization in building solutions ground up (0-1).
Her coaching style is situation-based. It ranges from a non-directive approach by guiding through a series of questions to a more directive solution-focused style, based on coachees’ different scenarios.

ebony shears
Formerly EVP of Product, North America, Sportradar
Ebony has led product teams and product organizations managing complex portfolios at companies such as Forbes and Sportradar. She successfully transitioned into product management after a 20-year career in the media industry, across several platforms and disciplines, by leveraging her extensive knowledge of the business and its users/consumers.
Her coaching style is centered on encouraging product professionals to ask themselves the right questions for establishing clarity about their goals and empowering them to authentically navigate their environments and careers to move toward those goals with confidence.
Ebony also enjoys coaching managers to get the best out of their teams and to lead with empathy and “radical candor.” She’s a self-directed student of human behavior and motivation who takes pride in her ability to offer insight by gently seeing into others’ blindspots and inspiring them to approach their circumstances by balancing both self-examination and strategy to be effective leaders at work and in life!
Ayesha Farhat

Ayesha has over 15+ years experience working in the tech industry. She is currently heading a product development team, and works with a B2B digital billing product.
Ayesha is a coach and mentor with HerTech, a Norwegian incubator for female and non-binary led startups. She is also a mentor with Sammen om en Jobb – a mentorship program for skilled workers in Norway. Through mentorship and coaching, Ayesha would like to help women find clarity and move forward in their careers with greater confidence.

Earlier in her career, she led product management for two startups acquired by Fortune 500 companies. Joni has channeled her expertise into coaching for the last four years, particularly aiding mid-career professionals.
