Joni Hoadley is passionate about propelling product management careers forward. With over two decades immersed in product discovery and leadership, she’s seen firsthand the transformative power of customer-centric growth. At Sonos, she played a pivotal role in building products now used by millions of music lovers worldwide. As the first SW PM hired, she helped the company scale from an early-stage startup to a publicly traded, multi-billion dollar business. Earlier in her career, she led product management for two startups acquired by Fortune 500 companies. Joni has channeled her expertise into coaching for the last four years, particularly aiding mid-career professionals. Joni uses a variety of coaching techniques, including the GROW coaching framework, to help her clients achieve their career goals.

 

Wendy-Lynn McClean

Product Management Coach

Wendy-Lynn McClean began her product career in a tech enabled startup. She went on to have experiences at some of the big players in tech, including Google, Yelp and Amazon. She has been coaching product managers for 3 years, both individually, and one on one. She describes her style as direct and empathetic, blending self discovery tools with sharing insights from more than 20 years in product.

She’s enjoyed creating sticky products including a virtual assistant, educational games, karaoke apps & contest platforms. Never done alone, a big part has been building and leading strong, connected product managers and teams that align towards shared purpose and product success.

Kristin is also a certified Leadership & Performance Coach and coaches individuals & teams to see and be their best. As a facilitator with Women in Product, her focus is to empower career growth and help product managers productize themselves to move their careers forward. Additionally, she coach at the UC Berkeley’s Product Management Studio and Products That Count. When not working she’s likely hiking a Bay Area trail with friends, reading, making art, and hanging with her husband and two teens.

Vickie Ansay is a passionate product leader with 13 years in product management. She drives a collaborative mindset, leads by example, coaches and mentors early-in-career to director-level product managers, builds strong relationships, distills complicated requirements into targeted action, and uses influences to gain alignment. She focuses on creating a safe and supportive environment to unlock people’s best selves. She will do whatever it takes to wade through conflicting directions to find the facts and focus on rational approaches and thoughtful solutions. She is a hardworking advocate for customers and the company to ensure success in a fast-paced environment.

Sarita Pinto

Director – Data Platform, Blue Cross Blue Shield Association

Sarita Pinto is an engineer turned Product Leader and brings a wealth of experience working in healthcare, insurance and banking organizations. She is well versed in developing Product strategy and execution using Agile to bring together teams in building customer-focused products.

With her recent focus on data and data products, she has been able to drive building enterprise platforms that facilitate building of AI/ML models for marketing and customer retention. Her fascination continues as she delves deeper into Gen AI and enabling use cases for better community outcomes.

She has led Product Community of Practice’s in her own organizations to foster creativity & collaboration. In addition, she also works with CROSO a non-profit organization that provides former street kids a path to education and building stronger communities.

Naxis Prado

Technical Product Manager (Senior Product Owner), Lennar

Naxis is a bilingual engineer with over a decade of international experience in product management, agile, and consulting. She has a proven track record of leading global cross-functional teams and delivering user-centric and data-driven solutions.

Naxis graduated from Stanford University, the University of Chile (Chile), and the University of Carabobo (Venezuela). As a Latina immigrant who started from scratch in two different countries, Naxis knows firsthand the importance of being a self-promoter and cultivating essential skills such as resilience, empathy, and a growth mindset.

Today, she shares her knowledge and experience as a speaker, mentor, and coach to empower other women and immigrants to overcome their challenges and succeed in the tech industry while staying true to their values. She has collaborated with more than 15 organizations, some of them are Latinas in Tech, Women in Tech- Miami Dade College, Accenture Agile community, Technovation, Girl in Tech, and Stanford Community.

Jennifer Feng brings over a decade of product management experience across both B2B and B2C in a variety of industries, with responsibilities covering both product portfolio strategy and execution. She is passionate about solving customer problems and delivering creative solutions while building compelling businesses. Product experience includes consumer apps, enterprise apps, HW+SW combo, ML products, with specialization in building solutions ground up (0-1).
Her coaching style is situation-based. It ranges from a non-directive approach by guiding through a series of questions to a more directive solution-focused style based on coachees’ different scenarios.

Ayesha Farhat

Ayesha has over 15+ years experience working in the tech industry. She has recently transitioned from heading a product development team back to product management.

Ayesha is a coach and mentor with HerTech, a Norwegian incubator for female and non-binary led startups. She is also a mentor with Sammen om en Jobb – a mentorship program for skilled workers in Norway. Through mentorship and coaching, Ayesha would like to help women find clarity and move forward in their careers with greater confidence.

Anjana is a passionate product leader who loves to coach & support other Product Managers to reach their fullest potential. As a chemical engineer turned Product leader, she has successfully navigated career transitions across different industries & company sizes. She is currently a product executive at a late-stage health-tech startup solving the nursing shortage here in the US.

Previously, Anjana led teams at Arity to build predictive data insights, helping Rideshare & Delivery drivers be safer on the road. She also led product, design & business intelligence at Getaround and it grew into the largest global peer-to-peer car sharing platform. She got her start in product at Capital One and launched numerous new B2C and B2B products that help consumers save money on every swipe and prevent fraud when transacting online.

Diana Stepner

Diana is a Silicon Valley native and annual skateboarder with 15+ years of international product leadership experience running diverse global digital teams. Diana’s background includes leading teams in startups (E.piphany, Cheapflights – bought by Kayak, and SimplePractice), enterprise organizations (Salesforce, Monster, Pearson), digital agencies (Razorfish, part of Publicis), and software consulting (Epsilon, E.piphany). Diana focuses on putting people first in the people-product-process triad, accelerating digital innovation, being a dot connector, and coaching individuals through their product leadership journey. She has a MIMS from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Boston University.
