Vickie Ansay

Group Product Manager, Cisco

Vickie Ansay is a passionate product leader with 13 years in product management. She drives a collaborative mindset, leads by example, coaches and mentors early-in-career to director-level product managers, builds strong relationships, distills complicated requirements into targeted action, and uses influences to gain alignment. She focuses on creating a safe and supportive environment to unlock people’s best selves. She will do whatever it takes to wade through conflicting directions to find the facts and focus on rational approaches and thoughtful solutions. She is a hardworking advocate for customers and the company to ensure success in a fast-paced environment.

ART BENOIT

Consultant & Coach, former VP of Product

Art Benoit specializes in product innovation and growth in the learning and development space.

After achieving her Ph.D. in Chemical Physics, she transitioned to industry, working globally in various product innovation and strategy roles. Noticing colleagues, struggle with leadership skills, Art started a learning and development organization focused on coaching scientists and engineers in leadership skills. After her work at the organization, she obtained an MBA from Columbia’s Business School, shifting her focus to the social impact sector. She has worked with both large organizations like Google and smaller ones like Columbia Business Schools Venture for All. She is the former VP of Product for Bleeker, a startup focused on empowering people’s careers. Now, after 10 years of part-time coaching, she focuses full-time on coaching for people and teams to thrive through transition.

She lives in the metro NYC area with her husband, 2 girls, and super adorable cat. When she is not working she loves hiking, cooking something she saw on YouTube, and having dance parties with her kids.

SABRINA DAMATO

Director of Product, Intiveo

Sabrina is an accomplished Product Leader with over 20 years of experience in leading the development and growth of products across various industries. With extensive experience in defining and executing product strategies to driving new product experiences, Sabrina excels in both big-picture thinking and meticulous attention to detail. As a Professional and Personal Certified Coach and founder of Awaken Boldness, Sabrina is passionate about empowering women in product to hone their craft and reach their unique potential. Sabrina also serves on advisory boards where she shares her extensive knowledge and insights on product management and strategy.

ELIZABETH DOLMAN

Leadership Coach, Dolman Leadership Coaching

Elizabeth is an ICF-accredited coach specializing in guiding leaders and aspiring leaders to find clarity to navigate, adapt, and thrive through changing business landscapes and career/personal transitions. Her coaching philosophy centers on identifying and living out core values in the professional arena. Elizabeth brings a breadth of experience into her coaching practice with more than 15 years as a product leader at Sonos, Microsoft, and National Instruments. She compliments this experience with 5 years in talent/leader development within tech organizations and as a private coach. She has degrees in biomedical engineering from Vanderbilt University and Texas A&M University, as well as a coaching certificate from Brown University.

Jen Handler

Principal & Founder, Epic Outcomes LLC

With 20 years of experience in product management & leadership under her belt, Jen recently founded Epic Outcomes Coaching & Consulting to focus on the people behind products. Jen currently accelerates product managers, designers and engineers– Sr. Director and below– in developing their strengths, skills and confidence to increase their impact. Jen’s draws on experience in a number of roles, ranging from Sr. Director Product Coaching (Kaiser Permanente) to Agile Practice Leadership Consultant (Pivotal/Tanzu Labs)– as well her experience in a number of industries including home improvement, healthcare, hospitality, media, aerospace, manufacturing, insurance, and public sector. Jen’s an MBA, OKR Coach, certified Leadership & Performance Coach (LPCC), and will earn her YTT 200 (yoga teacher training certification) in August. She & her family live in Atlanta.

Revital is a product advisor and a fractional CPO in startups.  She managed PM teams in Meta, Microsoft and in startups, in both the B2B and B2C space. Her current passions are helping founders build a strong product foundation and empowering women PMs to become strong leaders in both large and small companies.  She currently lives with her family in the San Francisco Bay area.

Kristin Kobey

Leadership & Performance Coach, Kristin Kobey Coaching & Consulting

For 20+ years Kristin Kobey has been doing what she loves… leading customer-focused tech products & product teams at startups, entertainment brands, and enterprise companies like Autodesk, StarMaker Interactive, and Nickelodeon. She’s enjoyed creating sticky products including a virtual assistant, educational games, karaoke apps & contest platforms. Never done alone, a big part has been building and leading strong, connected product managers and teams that align towards shared purpose and product success.

Kristin is also a certified Leadership & Performance Coach and coaches individuals & teams to see and be their best. As a facilitator with Women in Product, her focus is to empower career growth and help product managers productize themselves to move their careers forward. Additionally, she coach at the UC Berkeley’s Product Management Studio and Products That Count. When not working she’s likely hiking a Bay Area trail with friends, reading, making art, and hanging with her husband and two teens.

Diana Stepner

Diana is a Silicon Valley native and annual skateboarder with 15+ years of international product leadership experience running diverse global digital teams. Diana’s background includes leading teams in startups (E.piphany, Cheapflights – bought by Kayak, and SimplePractice), enterprise organizations (Salesforce, Monster, Pearson), digital agencies (Razorfish, part of Publicis), and software consulting (Epsilon, E.piphany). Diana focuses on putting people first in the people-product-process triad, accelerating digital innovation, being a dot connector, and coaching individuals through their product leadership journey. She has a MIMS from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Boston University.

Sarita Pinto

Director – Data Platform, Blue Cross Blue Shield Association

Sarita Pinto is an engineer turned Product Leader and brings a wealth of experience working in healthcare, insurance and banking organizations. She is well versed in developing Product strategy and execution using Agile to bring together teams in building customer-focused products.

With her recent focus on data and data products, she has been able to drive building enterprise platforms that facilitate building of AI/ML models for marketing and customer retention. Her fascination continues as she delves deeper into Gen AI and enabling use cases for better community outcomes.

She has led Product Community of Practice’s in her own organizations to foster creativity & collaboration. In addition, she also works with CROSO a non-profit organization that provides former street kids a path to education and building stronger communities.

Anjana Tayi

Anjana is a passionate product leader who loves to coach & support other Product Managers to reach their fullest potential. As a chemical engineer turned Product leader, she has successfully navigated career transitions across different industries & company sizes. She is currently a product executive at a late-stage health-tech startup solving the nursing shortage here in the US.

Previously, Anjana led teams at Arity to build predictive data insights, helping Rideshare & Delivery drivers be safer on the road. She also led product, design & business intelligence at Getaround and it grew into the largest global peer-to-peer car sharing platform. She got her start in product at Capital One and launched numerous new B2C and B2B products that help consumers save money on every swipe and prevent fraud when transacting online.

Sydney Spears

Director of Product Management, Fusable

Sydney is the Director of Product Management at Fusable, a data company offering vital data and insights to vital industries like construction and agriculture. Before starting at Fusable in the spring of 2023, she spent 9 years in various product industries and product roles at Optimizely, H&R Block, and USAA.

She has worked on everything from new product and feature development to building the infrastructure to support those new products and features and everything in between. When she isn’t creating or managing a roadmap somewhere, she likes to travel with her husband, go to concerts, read in hammocks, do hot yoga in the morning, make candles and spoil her Mini Dachshund and a Golden Retriever!

Amira Youssef

VP of Product Management, SalesHatch

Amira Youssef is a Vice President of Product Management with a track record in building 0-1 products, scaling operations efficiently and driving sustained growth in the domains of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Cloud Technology. With experience at Microsoft, Nokia, Blackberry, BBC and most recently an AI startup across the US, UK, and the Middle East, she brings a global perspective to her strategic leadership. Led product, design, engineering, data analytics high-performing, diverse teams through coaching for professional development and growth and a shared vision focused on change, innovation, and growth. 

This is her second time leading a PM Cooperative group coaching cohort.
