Is the program suitable for beginners in product management?

This experience is designed for mid-level product managers with approximately 5 years of experience in Product Management who are seeking to grow and gain more clarity in their career path. You would not be able to reap the full benefits of this program if you were somewhere else in your career. Please check out some of Women In Product’s other offerings for a program that will be a better fit!

Will this program offer specific content to help me build my product management skills?

This program is designed to be interactive and to focus on helping each individual further their career goals in Product Management with guidance from senior leaders in product. We will discuss and share best practices around certain skills if relevant — and you will certainly be able to uplevel your knowledge and learn from the experience, but it is not intended to be a training, class or workshop.

Are scholarships available for the program?

Limited scholarship opportunities may be available based on individual circumstances. Scholarship evaluation questions are in the program application.

Do you offer certification upon program completion?

We are able to provide certificates of completion if requested, which can be a valuable addition to your professional portfolio.

Are the programs available online or in-person?

These programs are offered online only at this time via live Zoom calls, providing flexibility for participants from around the world. They also include access to a private Slack group with peers from your group.

What is the refund policy?

This program is non-refundable.

Are there opportunities for international participants, or is this program region-specific?

This program is open to participants worldwide. We encourage international participants to join and contribute to the diverse learning experience. We offer a range of time slots in an effort to include people from across the globe.

Can my employer sponsor my participation in this program?

Yes, many participants receive sponsorship from their employers. We can provide invoices and documentation to assist with employer sponsorship.

Do you offer career placement assistance or job placement services?

While we do not provide direct job placement services, our programs equip you with valuable skills and networking opportunities that can enhance your job search or career advancement efforts.
