Eligibility:
This is a paid program for mid-career Product Managers with a current title of:
Product Manager or Senior Product Manager with at least 5 years experience in a product role.
Other titles could be Group Product Manager, Product Owner, Product Lead, or equivalent.
THE FUTURE IS WOMEN IN PRODUCT
This program empowers product managers with the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to successfully navigate career decisions and advance into people leadership or principal individual contributor roles.
In this interactive program, you will focus on your unique career goals and path alongside other PMs on similar journeys. You’ll receive peer support, mentorship, guidance, and coaching around relevant topics — allowing you to develop invaluable insights, strategies, and skills to excel on your product management journey.

Program Details
- Each group will meet six times over 6 weeks for 90 minutes each session.
- Groups will consist of no more than 10 participants — led and facilitated by experienced women Product Leaders.
- Participants will be matched into groups based on their selected focus area(s), goals and challenges, and scheduling preferences.
- Our team will match you with the group and facilitator that best aligns with your stated goals, experience level, meeting time availability, and where you are on your career journey.
You’ll become a more well-rounded product manager who can navigate challenges, foster personal growth, and impact the broader product management community. This program is a pathway to unlocking your full potential and achieving career excellence!
