This is a paid program for mid-career Product Managers with a current title of:
Product Manager or Senior Product Manager with 5 years experience in a product role.
Other titles could be Group Product Manager, Product Owner, Product Lead, or equivalent.

- Community Check-In – Participants share wins, challenges, and current realities from their work.
- Facilitated Leadership Topic Your facilitator, a trusted senior product leader, introduces a practical leadership theme grounded in real-world experience.
- Applied Peer Coaching Participants work through real challenges in small breakout groups.
- Commitments & Accountability You’ll leave with one concrete action to apply during the week.

Format: Live facilitated discussions + peer coaching

You’ll become a more well-rounded product manager who can navigate challenges, foster personal growth, and impact the broader product management community. This program is a pathway to unlocking your full potential and achieving career excellence!
How much time should I expect to commit?
Participants attend a weekly 90-minute session. Optional conversations with accountability partners and events may add another 30-60 minutes per week.
Most participants spend 2-3 hours per week in total.
Who is the program designed for?
The program is designed for mid-career women in product, typically with 5+ years of experience.
Participants commonly hold titles such as Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, Product Lead, and Group Product Manager.
Is this training or coaching?
The program combines group coaching, peer learning, and leadership development.
Sessions focus on real challenges participants are facing in their current roles.
What if I can’t attend a session?
Live participation is encouraged to maintain the cohort experience, but occasional absences are understandable.
Is financial assistance available?
Yes. A limited number of partial scholarships are available and we offer sliding scale payment options.
I’ve participated in PM Cooperative programs in the past. Will this be the same content/experience?
No. While there will be some similarities in format and general topics, this iteration is designed for anyone looking to uplevel their leadership, visibility, and impact in the age of AI, whether you are brand-new to the PM Cooperative or a returning alum.
