Sara Bial Zalowitz

Sara Bial Zalowitz is currently a Senior Product Advisor/Coach at Prodify. Sara’s two-decades in product leadership include being Rent the Runway’s first Chief Product Officer (where she was proud to be one of many female executives), the VP of Product for WeddingWire, and the VP of Digital Innovation at Marriott. One of Sara’s passion points throughout her career has been in mentorship, which led her to transition her career to focus on coaching and advising. At Prodify, she helps product executives and teams make the transition to become a product-driven organization in order to accelerate customer and shareholder value. Sara focuses with her clients on a variety of topics that range from vision and strategic planning, customer and business outcomes/KPIs, customer research, roadmap execution, stakeholder management, team development and product operations. Sara is passionate about being a female leader and is thrilled to be a part of Women In Product to help amplify the voices of women in leadership!

Sara guides product leaders on tough strategic problems by taking a customer-centric and outcome-oriented approach. She helps leaders identify their areas of opportunity, while also creating a roadmap for how to approach the opportunity areas in order to show progress along the way. Her coaching is paired with action, where she can provide relevant frameworks, templates, guides and worksheets to help leaders apply their learnings.
