Our Peer Coaching Circles program is designed to equip senior and executive women and non-binary people to advance. Every executive should have their own personal board of directors. Our super power at Women In Product is helping you make those connections in a safe and inclusive space.

COACHES

All of our Executive Coaches have executive coaching experience with individuals and groups. Most of the coaches have extensive experience in Product Management. Please read each bio and circle description in detail prior to making a selection.

COHORTS

Each peer group will consist of no more than 10 people, and will meet bi-weekly for 4 months for a total of 8 sessions. The group discussions are confidential, and provide an opportunity to engage with peers going through similar situations.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

Executive and senior level women and non-binary people in PM with the following titles (or equivalent): Director, Senior Director, Head of Product, VP, Sr. VP, C-Suite.
